Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied with your freeze-dried sunflower microgreens, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product:
- Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging
- Email us at info@windrivergreens.com within 7 days of delivery
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)
Refund Processing
Once we approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packages unless the product is defective. Unopened packages may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
